A spacious, sunny, 2 bedroom luxury condo, located in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. This condo in tastefully decorated in local Maya culture along with the bright atmosphere of a caribbean theme. Located in the new development of Villas del Mar you will find beautiful gardens, two huge swimming pools and a white powder sand beach.
This newer condo offers approx. 1600 square feet of spacious living with all amenities to suit your vacation needs. For your comfort you will find a large TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo system in living room area located within a built-in hutch. The kitchen offers full cooking facilities complete with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc., along with toaster, coffee maker, bottled drinking water, toaster oven, cook-top range and full sized refrigerator. An electronic safe is located within the condo for guests to use to store valuables during your stay.
Please enjoy relaxing on the private veranda with a fabulous view overlooking the courtyard of gardens, pool and palm trees. You will find a table with chairs to relax, dine, entertain and enjoy the natural beauty of the outdoors. The private jacuzzi on this veranda is perfect for unwinding after a day of snorkeling, diving or any of your caribbean adventures.
The master bedroom offers a fantastic view over the pool to the sand and sea. You will find a king size bed and private full bath located in the master suite. You may also walk-out to the veranda directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom is fully furnished with 2 double beds and a private full bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV's and neatly decorated to compliment the marble structure of the condo. The third (1/2) bath is complete with washer/dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board and a hair dryer are provided for your use as needed.
This condo is managed by a reputable, on-sight management company that provides daily maid service, bottled drinking water, maintenance(if necessary), and staff available to assist you during your stay.

The condo is located on one of the most beatiful beaches in the Maya Riveria which allows for superior diving, snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. With only a short walk to the centre of Puerto Aventuras you will find may restaurants & cafes, internet acces and local shops conveniently located around the marina.
In the marina you will find many dolphins! The Dolphin Discovery offers a great opportunity to swim and play with dolphins (for fees & information please check in at the Dolphin Discovery Shop).
Sightseeing Excursions. There are several points of interest in this area of Mexico. Tours are available through local agencies or simply set out for a day of adventure on your own. Things of interest may include; Chichen Itza (maya ruins), Tours of Cozumel, Tulum, Shopping & Night Life in Playa del Carmen, Fishing & Snorkeling Trips, Sailing Trips on local catamaran, Scuba Diving. There is also a gym at the nearby hotel which is availabe for use for a small fee.
