The condo is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Maya Riviera which allows for superior diving, snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. With only a short walk to the center of Puerto Aventuras you will find may restaurants & cafes, internet acces and local shops conveniently located around the marina.

In the marina you will find many dolphins! The Dolphin Discovery offers a great opportunity to swim and play with dolphins (for fees & information please check in at the Dolphin Discovery Shop).

Sightseeing Excursions. There are several points of interest in this area of Mexico. Tours are available through local agencies or simply set out for a day of adventure on your own. Things of interest may include; Chichen Itza (Maya ruins), Tours of Cozumel, Tulum, Shopping & Night Life in Playa del Carmen, Fishing & Snorkeling Trips, Sailing Trips on local catamaran, Scuba Diving. There is also a gym at the nearby hotel which is available for use for a small fee.
